Program Enrollment
Enrollment in our programs is subject to availability and eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment to any applicant at our discretion. Program schedules for our next cohort begin in September 2025, with application deadlines in July 2025.

Program Expectations

We don't promise job placement, salary increases, or career advancement as a result of completing our programs. The job market varies, and individual results differ based on numerous factors beyond our control.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided through our platform, including course materials, videos, worksheets, templates, and documentation, remains the property of Electric Energx. This content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Refund Eligibility
Our refund policy varies depending on when you request cancellation relative to the program start date. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to help@electric-energx.com.
- Full refund available if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before program start
- Partial refund (50%) available if cancellation occurs 15-30 days before program start
- No refund available for cancellations within 14 days of program start or after program begins
- Refunds are processed within 15 business days of approval
- Payment processing fees are non-refundable in all cases
Financial hardship situations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact our team to discuss your specific circumstances if you're experiencing unexpected difficulties.
Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as outlined in that policy.

Educational Outcomes Disclaimer

Termination of Services

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Gia Lai Province, Vietnam.
You agree to first attempt to resolve any disputes informally by contacting us at help@electric-energx.com. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may initiate formal proceedings.
You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. Each party may only bring claims against the other in an individual capacity, not as part of any class or representative proceeding.
Miscellaneous Provisions
Entire Agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Electric Energx regarding your use of our services.
Severability
